A Legacy of Innovation, Built One Breakthrough at a Time

More than 180 years ago in Racine, Wisconsin, Jerome Increase Case saw an opportunity to help farmers do more with less effort. What started with mechanized threshing equipment helping farmers harvest crops more efficiently grew into a legacy of innovation that continues today across agriculture and construction.

Over the decades, CNH and its brands have helped shape the way work gets done. The Farmall® tractor transformed row-crop farming and helped usher in the age of mechanization. The Axial-Flow® combine changed the harvesting experience with new levels of performance and productivity. Each innovation was built on the same idea: helping customers tackle their toughest challenges and accomplish more.

That spirit of innovation, hard work and opportunity remains at the heart of CNH's North American operations. Across the region, CNH designs, builds and supports the equipment and technologies that help farmers, builders and communities thrive today while preparing for the future.

Built across North America

Innovation is built by people. Across the United States, Canada and Mexico, approximately 8,500 CNH employees bring together manufacturing, engineering and supply chain expertise to develop and deliver the equipment and technologies that help feed, build and power the world.

The equipment we build helps shape communities – but our commitment doesn't stop there.

Through employee volunteerism, charitable giving and community partnerships, CNH supports initiatives focused on community empowerment, food security and disaster relief. National partnerships with organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Team Rubicon, Feeding America and the National FFA Organization help strengthen communities, support those in need and inspire future leaders.

In the communities where we operate, we collaborate with local charities, schools, food banks, veterans' organizations and community groups to address local needs and create opportunities for growth. From educational grants and STEM programs to job-shadowing opportunities and workforce development initiatives, we're helping prepare the next generation to learn, lead and contribute. Together, these efforts reflect our belief that when communities thrive, everyone benefits.

CNH offers opportunities in manufacturing, engineering, technology, commercial and corporate roles. Whether you're designing the next breakthrough, building the equipment that powers essential industries or supporting customers around the world, your work can make a real difference. Every day, our teams help farmers feed growing populations, builders create critical infrastructure and communities thrive – connecting careers to meaningful impact.
